Content removal

Last updated July 3, 2026

Use this form to submit a copyright infringement notice or content removal request. Fields marked required match what the law needs for a valid notice.

1. Purpose

Medina Inc. ('Company,' 'we,' 'our,' or 'us') is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, and safety of individuals whose content appears on or is referenced by this website. This Policy explains how copyright owners, performers, individuals, authorized representatives, and other parties may submit requests regarding content available on this website, including reports of alleged copyright infringement, non-consensual content, unauthorized use of identity or likeness, privacy concerns, or other requests seeking removal of content. This Policy applies solely to requests involving content available on this website. General customer service inquiries, billing questions, technical support requests, or membership-related issues should be directed through the appropriate support channels.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ('DMCA'). If you believe that material available on this website infringes your copyright, you or your authorized representative may submit a written copyright infringement notice to the contact information provided below. Submission of incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay our review.

3. Requirements for a Valid Copyright Infringement Notice

A copyright infringement notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the URL or other information sufficient to locate it; (4) your full legal name; (5) mailing address; (6) telephone number; (7) email address; (8) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and (9) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright claims may subject the submitting party to liability under applicable law.

4. Content Removal Requests

We accept requests concerning non-consensual intimate content, unauthorized use of an individual's name, image, or likeness, privacy violations, court orders or other legal process requiring removal of content, and other content that may violate applicable law or this website's policies. Please provide the URL(s), a detailed explanation, supporting documentation, your full legal name, your email address, and any information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. We may request additional documentation. We reserve the right to decline requests that are unsupported, incomplete, or outside the scope of this Policy.

5. Review Process

Upon receipt of a complete content removal request, we will review the information submitted in good faith. Our goal is to complete our initial review within five (5) business days after receiving all information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request. We may remove or disable access to content, decline the request, request additional information, or take any other action we consider appropriate. Submission of a request does not automatically require removal of any content.

6. Counter-Notification Procedure

If content is removed or disabled in response to a copyright infringement notice, an affected party may submit a written counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material if permitted by law and if we do not receive notice that the original claimant has initiated legal proceedings seeking to prevent restoration.

7. Preservation of Evidence

We encourage requesters to preserve URLs, screenshots, correspondence, and any other documentation that may assist in our review. Failure to preserve relevant information may delay or affect our ability to evaluate a request.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

Where appropriate and consistent with applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or otherwise restrict access to this website or our services by individuals determined to be repeat copyright infringers. Determinations will be made in our reasonable discretion based on the facts and circumstances of each matter.

9. Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly submits a false, misleading, fraudulent, or bad-faith content removal request, copyright infringement notice, or counter-notification may be subject to liability under applicable law. We reserve the right to reject requests that are incomplete, unsupported, abusive, repetitive, or otherwise submitted in bad faith.

10. Contact Information

All copyright infringement notices, content removal requests, and related correspondence should be submitted to:

11. Changes to This Policy
